Bidders shall meet at the Main Entrance of the McIntyre Building located at 950 Williams Street, Thunder Bay, ON at the designated date and time.
Only Bidders represented at the mandatory site visit shall be eligible to submit a bid. It is the responsibility of all Bidders to ensure they have signed the mandatory site visit attendance form prior to leaving the site visit. Proposals submitted by Bidders who have failed to sign the attendance form shall be rejected.
