The purpose of this RFP is to seek the services of a qualified firm to develop the Capital Plan related to stormwater and road infrastructure across the First Nation community of We'koqma'q. Additionally, the RFP is intended to seek engineering services to perform an inspection and assessment of an existing dam with the purpose of developing a decommissioning plan.

Proposals must be sent by e-mail to Chenel Waight (chenel.waight@colliersprojectleaders.com). Proposals are to be submitted in two separate pdf files. The first pdf document shall be titled “WFN – Community Infrastructure Upgrades and Capital Planning – Technical Proposal”. This document shall include the documents outlined in the Submission Requirements excluding any information related to pricing. The second pdf file shall be titled “WFN – Community Infrastructure Upgrades and Capital Planning – Cost Proposal” and shall contain the cost of services form found in Appendix I and shall be password protected.
