1. An optional but recommended site visit is scheduled on the date listed in Section 4.10 RFP Schedule.
  
  Attendees are to meet in front of the Canopy Entrance (left of main entrance) of the Neeginan Centre, 181 Higgins Ave, Winnipeg, MB at least 10 minutes before the site visit.
  
  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not required for the Attendees.
  
  Due to group size and some restrictions, only one person per organization will be permitted.
