Description

Northern Lights School Division No. 113 (NLSD) and the Government of Saskatchewan are proceeding with development of the Ducharme Elementary School (the “Project”). NLSD and the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), hereby referred to as the “Owner”, are soliciting written responses (the “Proposal”) through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) from qualified firms (the “Proponent”) to provide general contracting services for the Project.

It is the responsibility of the Proponent to have its Proposal received at the address indicated above before the Closing. Submissions that are not received at the above address before the Closing will not be considered. Proposals submitted by facsimiles will not be accepted. Proposals received at the above address on or after the Closing will be rejected. Unsigned Proposals will not be considered.
