Description

This RFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc., acting on behalf of YMCA Calgary, to procure a Construction Manager who will serve on a standing offer with YMCA Calgary for a period of three
years (2022- 2025) with an option to extend for two more years, one year at a time. Dialog is supporting the projects as the retained Prime Design Consultant. The methodology for construction will be construction management at risk for each project.
