The new AV equipment (Microphones, video, screens, speakers, servers, racks, etc.) will be procured, delivered, installed, and commissioned by SOLGEN-JVN (as Owner Supplied Equipment). The scope of this project will include, but is not limited to:

• Setting up tracks for cabling, walls and ceiling repairs post conduit installation, fire caulking to be applied to any conduit through wall penetrations, paint and make good all walls and flooring as required.
• Review of site specific conditions such as electrical panels capacity, supplementary cooling requirements for equipment/server racks, etc.
• During Construction stage, completed courtrooms will be handed over to the Ministry as they are completed.
Allow for 20 occupancy sign-off site meetings.
This project will be delivered in three phases, as per breakdown below. Proponents are to account for 5 separate bid packages.
