Requirement
The Transit Services Department of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions from proponents qualified to provide professional services to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation plan for the City’s Stage 2 expansion of the O-Train network. The Stage 2 project is a package of three extensions, which will extend light rail transit in three phases: South extension, East extension and, West extension.
Proposed Period of Contract(s)
The proposed period of contract for Phase 1 – Overarching Comprehensive Marketing Strategy and Implementation Plan will be approximately three (3) months from the date of award.
The contract may be extended for Phase 2 – Develop Targeted Strategy and Implementation Plans, Implementation, or a portion thereof, which is expected to continue for five (5) years. An extension shall be mutually acceptable, and is subject to satisfactory service, mutually acceptable pricing, and terms and conditions , budget approvals, and at the City’s sole discretion. The contract will be amended for each subsequent step. Schedule extensions will progress in line with Stage 2 construction progress.
