Requirement
The Transit Bus Operations and Maintenance Services Branch, Transit Services Department, of the City of Ottawa (“the City”) has a requirement for Vegetation Control and Bed Maintenance Services at various Light Rail Transit Stations, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications of this Request for Quotations.
Period of Contract
The period of contract shall commence on Date of Award and shall end on 30 September 2022.
Closing Date
Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00:00 PM local time (EST) on Wedneday,18 May 2022.
Site Meeting
Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a site meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, 10 May 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Bayview LRT Station. Bidders shall gather by the ticket machines at Bayview Station Upper entrance. Parking is available at the lot adjacent to the station.
Bid Submission
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the MERX.com online system to the Contracting Authority noted below. Any inquiries prior to the Closing Date shall be directed to the Contracting Authority only.
