Requirement

The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to Supply and Deliver OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Remanufactured Cummins Engines for the City’s fleet of Transit buses, as described in the ANNEX A - SPECIFICATIONS, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, the main user of this standing offer is intended to be the Materials Maintenance Unit of Transit Bus Operations & Maintenance but other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions.

Basis of Authorization

It is the City’s intent to authorize the Standing Offer to the lowest responsive Offeror in accordance with Section Three – Evaluation Criteria.
Basis of Authorization is subject to Offerors best delivery date not greater than 30 business days after receipt of order (ARO).
