The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide Print, Copy, Laminating and Direct to Substrate, Letter Shop and related services, as described in the Annex A, Terms of Reference.

The City would like to qualify firms or independent consultants in one, or more of the following categories:

Category 1: General Printing (Black & White and Colour) and Supporting Services
Category 2: Large of Wide Format Printing Services, Laminating & Direct to Substrate Printing Services
Category 3: Letter Shop Services.
