The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out the preliminary design, detailed design, preparation of tender documents, construction contract administration, construction inspection, and engineering support services for the Athlone, Lincoln, Edgewood and Eden - Integrated Renewal, as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” – Terms of Reference and Annex “B” – Contract Administration Services Terms Of Reference.
