The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide Translation Services, as described in the Annex A, Terms of Reference.
The City would like to qualify firms or independent consultants in one, or more of the following categories:

Category 1: Professional Translation Services
Category 2: Professional Comparative Revision Services
Category 3: Professional Proofreading Services
Category 4: On-Site or Remote Professional Translation, Comparative Revision and Proofreading Services
Category 5: Professional Transcription Services
Category 6: Professional Terminology Services

During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions.
