Description

Background
The City of Ottawa hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional Consulting Service for Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1). The City is transitioning to NG9-1-1 as mandated by The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), This multi-year contract requires the Consultant to advise and guide the City on the different estimated phases of this project as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” – Terms of Reference using their experience and expertise.
The successful proponent will develop and implement a NG9-1-1 Transition Work Plan for the City of Ottawa.
