The Corporation of the City of North Bay invites qualified and experienced Proponents to respond to this Request for Proposal for the Operation of Specialized Transit Service known as Para Bus. The City’s objective is to provide a high quality specialized transit service sensitive to customer needs for people with disabilities who are unable to utilize the City of North Bay’s regular Convention Transit System in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The Para Bus service is a curb to curb transportation service for qualified patrons that promotes accessibility, respect and independence for North Bay residents.
Negotiations
The top-ranked proponent will receive a written invitation to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize the agreement with the City.
This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
This procurement is subject to the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
