Description

The City seeks quotes from qualified Panasonic retailers to supply and deliver Panasonic Toughbook products for use in in law enforcement and emergency service vehicles, specifically: Pansonic Toughbook Semi-rugged laptops, Panasonic Toughbook Semi-rugged tablets, dockling stations, optinal XPAK for VGA, serial, and LAN. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years in one (1) year increments.

C. MANDATORY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1.         Submission Form (Appendix C)
Each quotation must include a Submission Form (Appendix C) completed and signed by an authorized representative of the respondent.
2.         Pricing
Each quotation must include pricing information that complies with the instructions set out below in Section F of this Appendix B.
3.         Other Mandatory Submission Requirements
The Supplier must be an accredited Panasonic dealer (provide evidence at the time of submission).
The Supplier must be a Microsoft partner (provide evidence at the time of submission).
