Description

The City on behalf of the Airdrie Public Library (APL), and as part of the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) scope of work, requires a qualified furniture vendor to supply, deliver and install different loose furniture products including chairs, tables, sofas, and ottomans required for the new AMUFL facility. This scope of work includes the items specified in the following sections and appendices of this Negotiated Request for Proposal. It shall include all the materials, labour, equipment, and services necessary for the production, shipping, and installation of all specified scope of work and itemized on the drawings.
A complete scope of work and deliverables is defined within Deliverables and Scope of Work with expected timelines described below.
