Additional Bidding Instructions

The total budget for this project is $140,000, exclusive of GST. Proposals must not exceed this amount.
Consultants must complete and submit Appendix D – Pricing Form.
Scoring will be based on the total consulting costs (all-inclusive maximum upset fee) for the Deliverables and Q1 Implementation Support. Pricing quoted by the Consultant must be all-inclusive and include all costs, expenses, fees, disbursements, etc. associated with the Deliverables outlined in the RFP.
The Consultant is required to provide the hourly rates and estimated hours for Q1 Implementation Support. Billing for implementation support will be based on the actual number of hours worked at the provided hourly rate. The estimated number of hours and hourly rates are used for price evaluation purposes only.
