Description

The City requires a qualified contractor to complete interior painting jobs at various City buildings. There are currently six (6) projects that require all work to be completed no later than September 30, 2023 with the opportunity for more additional projects as required. It is the City’s intent to enter a three (3) year agreement with an option in favor of the City to extend for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments for the selected respondent to meet the City’s future interior painting requirements on an as-required basis.
