Additional Bidding Instructions

After the completion of Stage II, the City will evaluate the Pricing and the top ranked proponent will be the Proponent with the lowest price. The top-ranked proponent will receive a written invitation to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize the agreement with the City. In the event of a tie, the selected proponent will be the proponent with the highest score on the non-price rated criteria.
