Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the City) to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of the Cathodic Protection Services (“Deliverables”) as set out in the RFP. The selected proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Cathodic Protection Services. In addition, should the City require additional development and installation of the cathodic protection, the City reserves the right at its sole discretion, to utilize the services of the selected proponent during the term of the agreement for any possible additional site(s). This is a three (3) year agreement with provisions for extension for an additional two (2) years in one (1) year increments, upon satisfactory performance and at the City’s sole discretion.
