Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the Playground Replacement Program for the City of Airdrie as set out in this RFP. The selected proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for Playground Replacement Program. The City may also ask the selected proponent to build new playgrounds at its sole discretion.

This is a three (3) year agreement with provision of a three (3) year extension in one (1) year increments subject to satisfactory performance and at the City’s sole discretion. The City is looking to finish the 1st year work by Aug 15, 2021.
