Description

Participating CHSS Hospitals (Montfort Hospital, the Ottawa Hospital and Queensway Carleton Hospital) have a requirement for the supply of Records Storage and Document Management Services, in the form of a cost efficient document management solution, in order to optimize the management of paper and digital records.
NB: Suppliers should note that other CHSS member hospitals or Champlain LHIN hospitals may participate in the Agreement should they require the same Services. The CHSS membership is listed on the CHSS website, www.chss-sasc.ca, and hospitals within the Champlain LHIN are listed on http://www.champlainlhin.on.ca.
Interested Suppliers must be able to clearly demonstrate that they are wholly able to meet the essential requirements and provide these services to the participating hospitals named above.
