Request For Proposals for nationwide Move Management Services for CBI Health LP, Seeking 2 year term agreement with option to extend for further 1 year term. Estimated contract value: $350,000
CBI Health LP’s Corporate Real Estate team currently manages the Project Management function for any opening, movement, or closure of any of our Offices and Clinics throughout Canada. Their duties involve selecting a new space, negotiating the lease, terminating the old lease, designing the new space, and selecting all furniture and equipment required. Overall, this team has achieved significant synergy by centralizing and streamlining the numerous requirements involved in any relocation project.
However, the Move Management function in CBI is currently managed by our local Operations teams that typically oversee a Regional network of our Clinics and/or Offices. This local Operations team selects a local moving company and coordinates the entire effort to move all staff, furniture, equipment to our new location.
This decentralized structure not only puts a significant pressure on our local Operations teams by taking on responsibilities that does not involve client care, but also leads to significant variability in the services we ask them to procure on behalf of CBI . Being able to reduce this onus on our local teams and selecting a Proponent(s) that can reduce this variability will help streamline the Project Management function supported by our Corporate Real Estate team.
CBI is seeking to satisfy the following objectives in issuing the RFP:
a) Achieve the solution that suits CBI to oversee move management services with a trusted partner.
b) Obtain the highest quality delivery and installation throughout a move process.
c) Provide a streamlined approach to invoicing and billing, whereby CBI will be billed with one invoice per project in a consolidated format
d) Ensure compatibility with existing services of CBI .
e) Obtain quality Move Management services at a good value.
f) Enhance customer satisfaction for our staff at each location.
g) Support Proponents that demonstrate their commitment to the environment
