Description

CBC / Radio-Canada is looking for a long-term bilingual solution, to merge and regroup its contact management tools into one solution, for optimization purposes. (French & English solution with an initial term of 3 years plus two (2) irrevocable option(s) for CBC/Radio-Canada to extend for two (2) year period(s))

This cost-effective solution will be used to :
- Primarily store subject matter experts and other personalities and guests contacts' information for the journalists to reach out to them easily - this use-case will be referred to as "research journalists" in this document.
- Secondly, store stakeholders and audience members' information in the tool, for Communication teams to engage with them - this user-case will be referred to as "Corporate Development" in this document.

The solution has to be able to manage contacts, keeping them segregated between the 2 main usages described above, with the possibility of further segregation of information sets within the main usages.
