CRC is soliciting information from industry to secure a best-in-class integrated online marketing and fundraising software solution that will improve our digital donor experience, increase online revenue and integrate with our CRM of record (Blackbaud CRM). CRC is looking at putting in place a 3-year term agreement with the possibility for two one-year extensions with the selected Bidder
The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify a software solution that will provide the best overall value to CRC. While price is a significant factor, other criteria will form the basis of the award decision, as more fully described in the Evaluation Criteria, below.
As set out in more detail below, this RFP seeks the following information:
- Respondent capabilities.
- Cost information for services and cost containment/reduction strategies.
- Capabilities, ideas and strategies to increase one-time and monthly online conversion rates.
- Identification of key performance indicators (“KPI”) and Service Level Agreements (“SLA”) that will allow CRC staff to select a Bidder who can provide a powerful marketing and fundraising platform as well as act as a strategic partner.
Currently CRC has a few tools that support the organization for email, peer-to-peer fundraising, online donation forms and ecommerce. All current tools have provided good value to CRC over the lifespan of use, however, with integration being a strategic priority for the organization, we require a sophisticated online marketing and fundraising software platform system that is integrated, and will integrate with CRC’s Blackbaud CRM seamlessly, to enable enhanced functionality and automation.
