Over the past several months, provincial public health agencies have introduced new compliance legislation for employers regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and vaccinations based on the latest evidence available. As a society, we have also determined that all CRC personnel who participate in ‘in-person’ activities will be required to be fully vaccinated. These circumstances have precipitated the need to explore enhanced technology solutions able to engage, track, report, manage, and maintain vaccination information and, potentially, COVID-19 testing schedules.
CRC is inviting Bidders to respond to this RFQ for a COVID-19 Vaccination Tracking and Management Solution that will enable CRC to manage vaccination status, certificates, and exemptions for personnel.
The Bidder should provide detailed information regarding how their solution meets the requirements outlined in this RFQ and identify additional system capabilities, platform setup requirements, data server locations, security compliance details, and available support and maintenance services.
CRC is looking at putting in place one (1) year term agreement with a one (1) year extension option.
