INGENIUM-22-016-PS - Fencing Project at CASM & CSTM

In general, the work consists of repairing and replacing fencing and gates around two of Ingenium’s properties: the Canada Aviation and Space Museum and the Canada Science and Technology Museum. This will consist of removing some sections of existing fencing that needs to be replaced, repairing some existing section of fencing that is damaged, installing new swing and/or rolling gates, and planting some shrubs to increase security around the perimeter of the properties.

During the course of the work, the museums will be open with operating hours of 09:00 to 17:00. While blocking a few parking spots for the construction work is acceptable, access to the buildings and parking will still be required. The successful Bidder will be responsible for the security of equipment transiting in and to the work zone. The work is expected to begin in spring 2023 and substantial performance by the end of June 2023.
