Scope of Work
The Digital agencies will be responsible for the development of temporary, and long-term digital
experiences for use online relating to Ingenium’s three museums and the Ingenium Centre. These
potential projects will range in scope and complexity from $25,000 to $75,000 in budget. The prequalified agencies may be asked to provide turn-key services, or to be part of a blended team with Ingenium staff. Qualified agencies will remain within the RFSO for two years with option to renew on a yearly basis. Duties would include the following:
• Responding to scope or work from the Ingenium Digital Team for specific projects;
• Project Management: leadership, reporting and development & maintenance of project schedule;
• Interpretive concept presenting the key messages (main and secondary) of the digital experience as well as its components;
• Production of digital products and experiences that could include websites, web and native applications, digital games, Augmented and/or Virtual Reality products
• Support for DevOps workflows and Cloud Architecture
• Design, prototype, development, and testing of digital products (low-tech and high-tech);
• Formative evaluation including UX/UI processes and design;
• Purchasing/securing all required materials and components subject to Museum approval;
