Canada Post has a requirement for the Air Mail conveyance from Winnipeg, Thompson, Rankin Inlet, The Pas, Little Grand Rapids and Stevens Island to communities in Northern Manitoba and Nunavut (Kivalliq) regions as identified in the Attachment # 1 to this RFP.

This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential contract award or awards for a period of up to 5 years.
