Description

The Airport Authority is soliciting proposals for a qualified Consultant to provide services related to the development of a Project Delivery Framework to be utilized by all departments for a consistent approach to the execution phase of a project.

The aim of acquiring the services of a Consultant is to help us build a project delivery framework that aligns both our IT and Infrastructure approaches and will work for all departments within the Airport Authority. Our goal is to bring consistency to the way all projects are delivered by providing a framework to be followed when leading a project.
