Please email Jonathan Terpstra at jonathant@yyc.com no later than October 8, 2024 at 02:00 PM, Calgary Time to register attendance. Registered Proponents will receive specific meeting details prior to the meeting time.

The following will be required to attend the Site Walkthrough:
- Personal Protective Equipment including Hi-vis vest
- Valid, government-issued, picture Identification (such as a drivers license or passport) or a valid YYC Calgary International Airport RAIC.
- No Storage space is available (carry everything you bring)
- Only 2 people maximum per Company may join the tour
- Do not bring knives and or any items not allowed on a plane
