This RFP is being issued to obtain proposals for the supply and installation of reusable and disposable Flexible Scopes for the Hospitals from qualified vendor(s). In this RFP, such vendors will be known as “Vendors” (collectively, such equipment with related deliverables more particularly described by this RFP, including services and Consumables, if applicable being the ”Equipment”. In this RFP, such vendors will be known as “Vendors” and their proposals will be called “Proposals”. The Hospital’s requirements with respect to this scope of work are outlined in the Specifications Appendix, the Projected Equipment and Volume Requirements Appendix and the Hospital Specific Information Appendix, all of which appendices are subject to Section 5.21.4 Estimates.
For clarity, and as more particularly described as a mandatory requirement in this RFP, the RFP is seeking Vendors that are able to provide, either directly or through its sub-contractors for which it will be liable, the Equipment in its entirety. A Proposal by a Vendor for only a portion of the Equipment will be rejected as failing to conform to the foregoing mandatory requirement.
