Description

The Client is pursuing a City-initiated planning approvals process for development projects at various sites: 2700 Eglinton Ave W., 4040 Lawrence Ave E. The Sites are part of the City of Toronto’s Housing Now Initiative and will contain a mix of market and affordable rental units.
Prospective Respondents should be prepared to submit Responses for Services for both Sites; or a single Site, depending on their capacity to meet the schedule proposed. In any event, Responses should provide a separate and independent price, as well as scope, and individual approach and staffing plan, for each of the properties a Respondent intends to bid on.
