Thompson Regional Airport - Phase 1 - Earthworks for ATB Redevelopment Project
The Thompson Regional Airport Authority is undertaking a full program to develop a new air terminal building (ATB) west of the existing ATB. The move will relieve ongoing issues with the existing ATB and adjacent pavement structures due to melting discontinuous permafrost. The project will include a new ATB facility in a new location where permafrost is either not present or less prevalent. Phase 1 - Earthworks represents the initial phase of this multi-phased project.

Before tendering, Tenderers shall have examined the site of the work and shall have satisified themselves as to the working conditions, the nature and kind of work to be done, any special risks associated therewith and all other matters which may be necessary in order to form a proper conception under which the work will be required to be performed.

Before submitting a bid, the Tenderer must visit the site. There will be no pre-bid meeting.

Tenderers must make prior arrangements with theThompson Regional Airport Authority for all site visits and inspection.
