Description

The project is a new 1-storey wood frame building that is comprised of an office wing with 16 offices and a cultural wing complete with cultural activity spaces. The total gross floor area of the building is approximately 1,178.6 sm (12,686 sf).
The new building is also where contact visit with Children can occur, therefore it is important that the project includes items in the Family Access Room which will keep children feeling happy and safe. Safety is of importance, and the offices must provide easy egress for workers. The proposed building location is a waterfront location and should be pleasant for employees working out of the building.
