Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to seek a suitable Bidder(s) to source and deliver classroom tables, chairs, instructor desks and boardroom chairs to YukonU – Whitehorse, Yukon.
YukonU will give preference to items to be received on site by March 31, 2023, and will also consider partial shipments and progress payments.
The scope of this work includes supplying, shipping of the furniture by the proponent; and receiving and assembly of the furniture will be the responsibility of the YukonU

Bidders are requested to provide the following with their bid submission.
Mandatory Submission Requirements:
• Completed pricing excel table Appendix B - Tender Bid Form - RFP Pricing Sheet - Classroom Furniture.
• For any subset price that notes an “Option” in the bid form, only one price will be selected, but proponents are encouraged to provide a price for one or both options if available.
Additional Requested Documentation with Submission
• Provide examples i.e., photos, broachers and specifications furniture being proposed.
• Warranty information for furniture
• Place of manufacture of furniture
Note: Prices are to be in Canadian dollars and will include all costs of performing the work excluding GST.
