Description

The Corporation is looking to receive competitive proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants to produce a detailed Utility Battery Feasibility Study for the islanded hydro-based grid in Yukon Territory.

Consultants should be from technology and vendor agnostic engineering firms. Battery Vendors, due to the proprietary nature of their technology, are excluded from participating in this RFP as there may be a perceived potential bias. This study should focus on the hydro grid and excludes isolated microgrids that serve a single community.

Background information and a detailed Scope of Services are provided in the Schedules and where indicated in Appendices attached to this Solicitation.
