Description

York Region Children’s Aid Society is seeking responses from qualified Professional Management Consulting Firms that have the capacity and expertise to meet the requirements of this request for proposal and who can provide these services in an efficient and effective manner.

The Society would like to undertake a review of the Strategy, Quality and Innovation Department by analyzing information about the department’s responsibilities, activities, characteristics, and outcomes. The review would start by July 2019 and the interim results and recommendations to be presented by the end of July 2019. The final report would be due by the end of August 2019.
