Description

York Region Children’s Aid Society is seeking responses from qualified Professional Management Consulting Firms that have the capacity and expertise to meet the requirements of this request for proposal and who can provide these services in an efficient and effective manner.

The earliest the review could begin is November 15, 2021 and the latest for any virtual / on-site activities or meetings with I.T. staff to be completed would need to be about December 17, 2021. A draft of the report with recommendations would need to be submitted by January 10, 2022, with a final report by January 31, 2022.
