A meeting will be held followed by a site visit at the following location and time:
Location: 35 Prospect Avenue, Windsor, ON (formerly Southwest Sales location)
Time: 10:00 AM
Proponents should attend the recommended meeting and visit the site. No more than three (3) persons may attend for each Proponent. Proponents should confirm their intent to attend to WDBA Procurement at Procurement@wdbridge.com

A test pit(s) obervation site visit will be held at the following location and time:
Location: 35 Prospect Avenue, Windsor, ON (formerly Southwest Sales location - intersection of Prospect Avenue & Euclid)
Date: Friday, October 6, 2017
Time: 12:00:00 to 14:00:00 EDT
Proponents should attend the recommended test pit(s) observation at the Site. No more than three (3) persons may attend from each Proponent. Proponents should confirm their intent to attend to WDBA Procurement at procurement@wdbridge.com.

Proposals must be delivered to 100 Ouellette Avenue, Suite 400, Windsor ON, N9A 6T3 (the "Submission Location") on or prior to the Submission Deadline.
In the event of a dispute as to the time, the time that will prevail for the purposes of evaluating compliance with submission requirements will be the time recorded by WDBA.
