PROJECT TITLE:       Waypoint Centre for Mental Health
Power House Roof Replacement
500 Church Street, Penetanguishene, Ontario

Qualified Roofing Contractors are invited to submit a bids for the Replacement of the Power House Building Roof at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care at their facility located in Penetanguishene Ontario. The work is expected to commence August/September 2017.

Each bid must be accompanied with a fully executed original Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price. Alternately Bidders may submit a certified cheque equal to 10% of the bid price. The successful proponent will be expected to submit a 50% performance and 50% labour and material bond

A site visit is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 18th, 2017 at the Environmental Services Building, 500 Church Street, Penetanguishene, Ontario.
