MANDATORY CRITERIA:

Insurances - Commercial General Liability Insurance of 5,000,000$
Geographic coverage - must be able to cover the majority (at least 14 cities) of the places listed in the description.
Language - The Proponent must be able to provide service in both official languages (French and English).

Equipment - need to attenuate ambient noise by at least 20 decibels while allowing ambient conversations to be heard, including ambient radio communications (voice frequency).
Service - VIA must be able to contact the supplier (at least) during office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, in one of the Canadian time zones.
The Proponent will have to offer the molding service by day and by night (note: it will mainly take place during the day (between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm), however, it can also take place at night (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) to adapt to the schedule. employees).
