Description

Requirements for designing, furnishing, installing and testing the Split Rail System Equipment used to remove and re-install wheelsets from various types of railroad passenger coaches. This includes, but not limited to, Split Rails, Track Pedestals, Trolley, modification of Transition Grating Assemblies (between Trolley and Scissor Lift), refurbishment of Scissor Lift, refurbishment of Floor-plates around the Scissor Lift, and controls.
