With the gradual resumption of our services and the progressive reintegration to our workplaces for our office employees after being away for 18 months, the Public Affairs and Communications, and Employee Experience teams have partnered to elaborate an action plan that aims to celebrate this transition to a new normal and help employees get re-acquainted with this new face to face reality.
As part of this action plan, we want to give VIA managers across Canada the opportunity to organize this Fall a team building activity with their close team – either face to face, virtually or in a hybrid mode – as a mean to generate proximity, re-ignite the relationship, and increase employee engagement and sense of belonging to the team)
VIA requires services to :
-Brainstorm sessions to develop the three short-listed activities that will be proposed to managers
-Proposal of three short-listed activities for approval
-A central hub/contact for our managers who wish to organize a team building activities
-Organization and facilitation of the three short-listed activities upon request of our managers
-Depending on the nature of the activity, a food and beverage component could be included (or not)
-Satisfaction survey at the end of each activity
In order to submit a Tender, the Tenderer must comply with the following mandatory criteria:
1)The team lead must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in team building services.
2)The Tenderer must be able to provide the facilitator services in English and in French.
3)The Tenderer must be able to provide facilitator services in person in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Québec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British-Columbia. Note: sub-contractors are accepted.
4)The Tenderer must be able to implement the organization and facilitation of the three short-listed activities two (2) weeks after contract signature.
