MANDATORY CRITERIA

Insurance

The Proponent has obtained the following, minimum insurance coverage:
Commercial liability insurance equal to [$5,000,000];
Automobile liability insurance equal to [$2,000,000] for in-class training only.

Service

The Proponent must be able to provide, modify and create in-class and/or online training content (synchronous and asynchronous) and/or provide consultation services.

Language

The Proponent must be able to offer services in both official languages (French and English).

Location

The Proponent must be able to provide in-class training (except online training) and/or provide consultation services in the following Canadian regions: Halifax, Moncton, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg and Vancouver.
