Description

VIA is looking for suppliers for consulting services regarding: Worker’s Compensation Claims for the following regions:
A. Quebec
B. Ontario
C. Manitoba
D. Western Provinces (British Colombia, Alberta and Saskatchewan)
E. Atlantic Provinces (New Brunswick and Nova Scotia)
VIA is looking for five (5) or less Service Providers. The Tenderer may a bid on one or more regions.

Mandatory criteria:

Insurances –

Professional Liability Insurance ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence
Commercial General Liability Insurance ($2,000,000.00)

Years of experience – Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Worker’s Compensation Claims Consulting Services in each area the Proponent is submitted a bid.
Expérience –

Have experience with Crown Corporations in regards to Worker’s Compensation Claims Consulting Services in each area the Proponent is submitted a bid.
Have experience with self-insured corporations dealing with the :
- A - Commission de Santé Sécurité au Travail (CSST)
- B - Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
- C - Worker’s Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB)
- D - WorkSafe BC
- E - WorkSafe NB
