VIA requires calibration and maintenance services for their mobile and static scales, on an annual basis. The scales are distributed throughout their VIA’s train stations in 2 regions: EAST and WEST.The tenderers are invited to submit a tender for either one or both.

In order to submit a tender, the tenderer must be able to comply to the mandatory criteria:

1.- Tenderer has the following minimal insurance coverage:

Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000
Standard Owners Form Automobile Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]

2.- The Tenderer must perform the work for all the stations in a region -as stipulated in PART B -APPENDIX “A”, SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS-
