Description

VIA Rail Corporate Safety & Sustainability is looking for an experienced firm in the domain of hazard identification and risk assessment to perform task analyses in the workplaces of operating business units (Mechanical and Maintenance, Customer Experience and Train Operations).

The Agreement shall extend over a 3 years initial period, starting on October 1st, and comprise of 2 additional options of 1 year.

In order to be eligible to present a Proposal, the Proponent must meet the following requirements:

INSURANCES:
Tenderer has the following minimal insurance coverage:

Professional Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]
Technology, Errors and Omission Insurance of [$2,000,000]
Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$2,000,000]
All Risks insurance policy

EXPERIENCE:
Tenderer must have at least 5 years’ experience.

BILINGUAL
Service must be provided in both languages; especially final reports and registers must be provided in both official languages.

TIMELINE
Tenderer must respect the timeline for the two turnkey projects. He two turnkey projects have to be done by the end of 2017. The final report could be send to VIA during Q1 2018.

SITE VISIT
Tenderer must be present to the site visit.
