Description

Please find here after the mandatory requirements for this project :

1/Insurance
Tenderer has the following minimal insurance coverage:

Commercial General Liability Insurance of [$10,000,000]
Standard Owners Form Automobile Liability Insurance of [$5,000,000]
All Risks insurance policy

Tenderer to provide proof of insurance or a letter issued in favour of VIA dated and signed by an authorized representative of its insurance company stating that if the Tender is successful, insurance policies in accordance with the contract will be issued following contract award.

2/Bond Requirements or Letter of Credit

(a)Bid Bond 10%
(b)Performance Bond – 50%
(c)Labour & Material PaymentBond – 50%

Provide a letter signed by an authorized representative of a recognized financial institution, stating that if the Tendered is awarded the contract they will issue a letter of credit for an amount equivalent to 50% of the value of the initial yearly contract fee and each subsequent contract year.

Or

(a)Bid Bond issued in favour or VIA dated and signed by an authorized representative of the Surety
(b)& (c) Tenderer to provide VIA with a letter issued in favour or VIA dated and signed by an authorized representative of the Surety stating that if the Tender is successful, insurance policies in accordance with the contract will be issued following contract award.

3/Site Visit
Date : June 28th 2017 at 13:30 (Atlantic Time)

To meet a the main lobby

The Tenderer must sign the Site Visit Register and sign the Release of Liability Form.

4/Date of completion of Work
The work must be completed at the latest by the November 15th 2017.
To submit a schedule with the best possible implementation date not exceeding a completion date by November 15th 2017.

5/WorkSafeNB member
The Contractor must be register as a WorkSafeNB member.
To provide a copy of a valid WorkSafeNB certificate at least for the work period.

6/Commitment to respect all requirements and specifications
By ticking the box, the offer’s Tenderer is complying with our requirements published and the Tenderer commits to respect them during the entire project.
