Description

BACKGROUND
VIA Rail Canada seeks the services of a qualified provider with the expertise and resources to provide office relocation and moving services inclusive of dismantling and assembling of modular office furniture, installation of office equipment, wall hangings, and warehousing on an ongoing basis as well as for special projects from time to time.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
VIA requires, from time to time, that free standing office furniture and or modular workstations be dismantled, relocated or removed, as guided by corporate objectives or programs. Contractor’s services must cover the on-going provision of dismantling, removal, installation, relocation and or reconfiguration of offices and or workstations as required by VIA as well as repairs to its furniture.
